Kay and Sarah did a great job. They worked with me to get the property ready to sell. They have access to a group of outstanding workers, reasonably priced, who got the property ready in a timely fashion. They personally supervised the workers' activities. They even paid the workers for me up front, not getting reimbursed until the house sold. The house was listed on a Friday, and sold on that Sunday with multiple offers. Selling price was $40,000 above asking price. They engaged with the buyer's agent and with Escrow and kept me apprised every step of the way...I couldn't have asked for a more complete, quality service. I would highly recommend them.

I needed to sell my sister's home in San Diego following her unexpected death. In her papers I found that she had met Kay a few years ago, and had received a proposal to sell her home. Kay and Sarah came to meet me within hours after I called them. They were enthusiastic about listing the home, and went to work. They knew their business and had all the local contacts and workers needed. There were some complications along the way but Kay was persistent. Most important for me was that nearly everything from the preparation, listing, showing, negotiation and closing was completed even though I was in Minnesota!
